Tabs broken in 1.1.3a

The tabs plugin no longer works with jQuery 1.1.3a.

I've received numerous reports of this - so it bears further investigation.

I believe this is due to the fx issue with show/hide.

The tabs plugin is working better but the animation to show the clicked tab is not running. Only the animation to hide the current tab is running.
