Ticket #1621 (new bug)

Opened 1 year ago

jquery.com is unreadable on dark themes (background color incorrectly assumed to be white)

Reported by: Onestone Assigned to: anonymous
Type: bug Priority: major
Milestone: 1.2.1 Component: site
Version: 1.2 Keywords: background color dark unreadable accessibility
Cc: Needs: Review

Description

The jQuery.com site incorrectly assumes that the page background is white. This is not always the case. For example, this is how it looks on Firefox under GNOME with the Neutronium theme:

Fixing this should be trivial - just set the body background explicitly in the CSS.
