In IE if the ui.sortable is inside ui.tabs then drag and drop of list items does not work in many cases

Hi, To reproduce load multiple tabs on the page. Adding Dynamic tab would be better. Under each dynamic tab from the page where its contents are getting loaded add a ui.sortable widget with some list items. You would notice that D&D of list items works only in first tab and not clicking other tabs.

Same works well for FF.
